I have decades of experience to offer students.
These sessions will develop understanding and practice with home practice enabled and encouraged.
Feedback from one student on the last course explains what the sessions can give you:
“I want to reiterate my thanks for the restorative yoga sessions. I have been delighted to discover just how beneficial yoga can be for me, it’s been a revelation! ….its been incredibly empowering to observe the changes in my mind and body both during the sessions and over the last month or so … I’m more in tune with myself, more aware of my needs and find it easier to come to stillness than before. It has really given me a lot more hope for the future. I can feel that this is just the start of my yoga journey and I’m looking forward to learning more about it and getting to know myself better in the process. And last, but certainly not least, I want to thank you for being such a warm and generous teacher. Even though the people in the group all have different experience with yoga and varied abilities, you manage to look after us all so well and have created a caring, genuine community.”
