One aim in Yoga is for us to realise our true nature, swarupa. This becomes so much easier when we practice out in nature. Away from square boxes of cement and electricity, limiting habits of conditioning fall away more easily. Our yoga flies freely. We aren’t part of nature. We are nature. Open to connecting with Life more deeply. Let Life help you. Let go and let God.
The day will include dynamic Hatha Yoga and restorative asana practice, kriyas (cleansing practices) and pranayama. Enjoy meditation practices to help you connect to deeper wisdom and insight.
All food and drink provided. Really be nourished by the brilliant Katie of Mindful Cooking.
