Jo’s work is health-focused and supports the restoration of intuition as a vital part of wellbeing. An author of books on Energy Medicine Symbols and Archetypes, she has co-created a system for clearing and protecting energy with the Cronewise Collective, of which she is a founder member.

From 3pm Thurs guests are welcome to arrive. Hot drinks, plenty of treats and big hugs will be readily available. Let yourself land and perhaps enjoy a stroll around the award winning garden, read a book by the fire or enjoy a healing treatment from one of our therapists.
6pm A fabulous feast followed by an informal and fun welcome.

8am jala neti (cleansing practice), gentle yoga to awaken and energise the body, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation

10 to 12 Hatha yoga

3 Lets get crafty – making gorgeous decorations for upcoming festivities
6 an easy to digest light supper
8 Gong bath to take us into deep healing

afternoon workshop – dowsing with Joanne Huntsman, author and healer
evening restorative yoga with sound healing followed by kirtan ~ singing our hearts out, connecting with our love and joy
Sunday
8am Rise and shine with cleansing practices, into pranayama and meditation
10 am Brunch munch – a heart break-fast after 15 hours immune-promoting rest for the digestion (fruit and nuts, oatcakes or whatever will be freely available for those who dont like to fast so long)
11.30 to 1pm Playful, empowering partner yoga
2 closing ceremony with gifts and affirmations

Londesborough is an old Victorian hunting lodge with absolutely beautifully decorated, spacious rooms.





The house can sleep 20 people – we are limiting numbers to 12 guests, currently up to 7 spaces are available and these are shown in bold type. The rooms already booked are shown in normal type.
To help make the retreat more accessible good friends can share some of the massive superkingsize beds in their enormous rooms.
