PS Its all too easy to live day to day, month to month and only stopping around New Year to reflect on our jouney through life. These retreat days will give us invaluable space to practice svadhyaya. Most of our daily self-reflection consists of self-criticism. It is time to grow greater appreciation of ourselves and our lives. With this we can flourish rather than flounder, and so choose to thrive.
